How working with us works
No lengthy onboarding, no fixed packages you do not need.
Tell us what you need
Write or call. Describe your situation — where you are coming from, when, who is moving with you, and what is worrying you most.
We prepare an action plan
We review your needs, tell you honestly what you can do yourself and what we should take on, and send you a plan with a fixed price.
We get it done
Appointments booked, forms completed, viewings arranged, contracts signed. You get updates; we do the queueing.
We care in everything we do
This is not an advertising tagline. We have been on the other side: foreigners in countries where we did not speak a word of the language and knew nothing about how anything worked.
That is why our packages are flexible — no two businesses or families need the same thing — and why we do not work to a fixed timetable. Problems abroad rarely wait for office hours.
Our values are simple: accountability, commitment to our customers, and quality.
Common questions
What is a soft-landing service?
A soft-landing service is practical, local support that gets a person or a company operational in a new country quickly. In Málaga that typically means the NIE and residency paperwork, a bank account, healthcare registration, somewhere to live, and — for companies — premises, registration and a first team.
Do I need to speak Spanish to work with you?
No. We work in English and Spanish, and we deal with the Spanish administration on your behalf. Most of our clients arrive with little or no Spanish.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you actually need, which is why we quote after a short conversation rather than selling fixed packages. Tell us your situation and budget and we will tell you plainly what is worth outsourcing and what you can do yourself.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
For individuals, four to eight weeks before the move is comfortable — some appointments with the Spanish administration have waiting times. For companies opening an office, three months gives room to compare premises and start recruiting.
Do you only work in Málaga city?
Málaga city is our base, and we cover the wider province and the Costa del Sol — Marbella, Estepona, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Rincón de la Victoria and Vélez-Málaga included.
Moving to Málaga this year?
Tell us the dates and what you are worried about. We will come back with a plan and a price — no obligation.
